Owned by News Digital Media (the online arm of News Limited) TrueLocal is the second largest Australian directory with 1.3 million listings. With News Limited also owning Yahoo!7 Local Search (acquired back in 2005) as well as partnering with Google Maps in early 2007, TrueLocal content spans both these networks and gains a reasonable amount of traffic from the other News Limited sites (such as NEWS.com.au, FOXSPORTS.com.au, CareerOne.com.au, CARSguide.com.au… and the list goes on).
They offer Free Listings, Priority Listings as well as other bundled solutions that include both online and offline advertising.

Costings based on Regions
Regular postcodes are charged at $24 each per year or Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane premium postcodes charged at $48 each per year.
Priority Listings
For a 12 month Priority Listing subscription it will cost $750 (on top of the above mentioned regional pricing).
Priority Listings provide the following additional features:
- Your listing will have a higher priority in the search results.
- Your listing will contain editorial promoting the key strengths of your business.
- You will be listed under 3 categories (eg. Accountant, Bookkeeping, Tax Agents)
- You can increase your exposure with a choice of up to 15 keywords (eg. Accountant, accounting, tax, GST.)
- You can target customers in additional postcodes with a Business That Services The Area listing.
- Your business name and contact information are bolded to help your listing stand out from the crowd.
- Your listing will have direct links to your email and website.
Payment installments (optional)
You can also select from monthly, quarterly or annual payment options to match the needs of your business.
